About Shopping at Spring Wind Herbs
Is it safe to use
my credit card?
We have taken every precaution to make
your
transactions secure. Our shopping cart program is from Shopsite
and includes
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), and interfaces with Authorize.net
to
process credit cards. If you prefer, we also offer you the
option of submitting your order by telephone at (510) 849-1820. All
account
information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized
internet
access.
Do I have to pay sales tax?

Sales tax will only apply to residents
of the California.
Tax will not be charged to addresses in other US states or on
international
orders. Please note that for international shipments custom's duties
are the responsibility
of the recipient.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and
Discover. We also accept
checks and money orders. Orders paid by check will usually not be
processed
until the funds have been verified. If you are sending a check, please

How
much will my shipping

During the order process, you will be
given a list
of
different shipping methods from which you can pick the one that suits
you. UPS Ground Service in the continental United States is $6.95 per
order regardless of the size of
the order unless free shipping is applicable . All other shipping
methods are charged according to the cost
of the shipping.
For small orders USPS is often the most economical choice. The total
cost of goods and the cost of shipping as well as sales
taxes,
if applicable, will be clearly displayed before checkout is completed.

You will receive an order confirmation
via email
once we receive your order. If your order is shipped by UPS ground
please allow six business days (i.e., days excluding Saturdays, Sundays
and holidays) for delivery. If you have any questions about your order

What
if I need to return my order? Return to

We at Spring Wind
Herbs are proud of our
products and guarantee your satisfaction. You may return the unused
portion
of any item for refund or credit within 15 days of receiving it.
Shipping
charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All
returns
must be accompanied by the packing slip. Please include a brief note
explaining
why you are returning the item so that we can continue to improve our
products
and service. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks
to
process. If you have used a credit card, refunds will be credited to
your
account. If you mailed a check or money order, a refund check will be
mailed
to you. We suggest you use UPS or insured Parcel Post for your
protection
when returning items.
What if we don't have all of

If an item you ordered is out of stock
you will be
notified by email or telephone of the situation and given an option of
canceling the out of stock item or back-ordering it. For
international orders,
we will e-mail to notify you of the missing items and to confirm the
balance of your
order.
